Pam
Three boys, aged 25, 22 and 20.  In 1997, we adopted Mary Claire from Korea.
Systems Analyst at Lee Memorial Hospital
I attended Hinds Junior College in the vocational radio & TV repair program to its completion.  About the same time, I joined the Army National Guard and went off to boot camp in New Jersey, then school in Indianapolis, and trained to be a payroll specialist. Have also attended Belhaven in computer science/accounting. Finished school at the University of Alabama.
Boy, talk about a blast from the past.  I've often wondered what happened to everyone.  I'd not heard from anyone until a while back on the classmates.com website.  Actually, it's been an interesting few years since high school.  Upon returning to Jackson (after boot camp), I worked at Deposit Guaranty for several years where I met my wife, Pam.  While at the bank, I went to Belhaven at night majoring in Computer Science / Accounting.  In 1989, we moved to Huntsville where I worked for a Financial computer company which provides human resource software across mainframe platforms down to server level to large companies.  Also was able to finish school at University of Alabama.  Dun & Bradstreet owned us, bought Management Science America, and merged us together into the Atlanta office and closed Huntsville.  So years later, they allowed me to move back and work from home.

Pam was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1997,  so that and 1998 were busy years for us, with a new baby (Mary Claire was 5 mos old when we got her), but now, Pam's working on her 11th cancer free year. (congratulations on the cancer-free diagnosis...breast cancer runs in my wife's family, so she started getting mammograms earlier than average and is getting them more often than normal. it's essential healthcare. ja.)
